Dear Friends and Family,
Two years ago I made the decision that my
practice had grown to the point that I needed to hire an associate doctor to
ensure that I could continue to meet my goal of providing excellent oral
health care, in a
timely manner, with the best customer service possible. As
you know, I am concerned about whom I like to work with and it is very
important to me to have a quality oriented fun person. It is like
a marriage and of course I spend more waking time here at the office than I
do at home, so this is vital.
We have thoroughly enjoyed having Dr Magruder in
our office and we will miss him for sure. His positive attitude and vibrant
personality made him a real joy to be around and big asset to our staff. I
know you join me in an enthusiastic best wishes for Dr. Magruder and a fond
farewell. Dr Magruder is buying a practice in Galveston and is looking
forward to fishing in the Galveston area.
The last year proved that having an associate in
the office definitely helps me provide the high level of treatment and
service that you deserve. Therefore, I would like for you to share in my
excitement as I announce the addition of Dr Colt Riley as our new associate.
Colt grew up in West Houston attending Second Baptist Church and graduating
from Stratford High School. He then attended The University of Texas at
Austin and the University of Texas Dental School here in Houston receiving
his DDS degree in May of this year.
Dr. Riley is extremely personable and very
bright. Not to mention that he is 6’6” which would make any Texan
proud. I feel very fortunate to have found him to fill this role in our
office. I look forward to introducing him to you at your next visit.
Please be assured that I have no plans to retire
or slow down any time soon as I love being a dentist and I want to practice
as long as I can. Dr. Riley will be under my direct supervision on all
treatment and we will discuss and design any treatment necessary. Being
right out of school he of course needs some patients. If you know of
anyone in need of excellent dental care please send them our way.
I want to thank you for being part of our “dental
family” and for the confidence you have shown in me and the support you have
given my practice. The wonderful relationships I have been fortunate to build
with my patients and their families are what I cherish most about my job. I
look forward to many more years of practice and will continue to work hard to
earn your trust and friendship as well as the trust of all the families yet
to come. We want to be the best dental team you have ever been to!
Warmest Regards,
Spiker
